    Our process in four steps

    1. Make an appointment online

    Simply make an appointment online. Then we will reserve 40 minutes for you.

    2. Listening & fitting

    During the appointment you can listen to all variants and - if desired - have a fitting taken immediately.

    3. Production

    After the fitting measurement, we get straight to work producing your set of custom-made in-ears.

    4. Quality control

    When the In-ears are ready, they are first thoroughly checked. We then give you the option of picking up the In-ears, or having them shipped to an address of your choice.

    Professional and clear. The specialist first showed a video of my ear and then the result. Really bizarre how much difference it makes. You immediately notice that they work with modern equipment.

    I had been using custom made earplugs at events (carnival, festival ect) for years. As I got older (55+) I noticed that it became increasingly difficult tounderstand other people at an event. When my earplugs needed replacement, I chose the Authentic type because they have a flat attenuation curve. My experience is that I can understand other people better at an event, while the rest of the sound is sufficiently muffled.Read more
