We can easily adjust the filter of the earplugs. There are two options for this:

Option 1 - Send your earplugs with your filter wish (lighter or heavier filter) and your name, phone number, email address and address information to:

Upon receipt, we will return the earplugs free of charge within 2 business days.

Option 2 - Make a filter change appointment online at: https://audinc.eu/afspraak/ Please provide the filter wish (lighter or heavier filter) and product name at note. We will then adjust it immediately during the appointment.
