How does the loss/warranty guarantee work?

Tijdens het aanmeten is er de mogelijkheid om voor €14.00 een verliesgarantie aan te vragen.

Should you subsequently lose the earplugs, a new set may be requested.

The deductible is different and depends on the purchase value:

Purchase price: €119,- own risk €25,-
Purchase price: €159,- excess €35,-.
Other purchase prices: own risk 30% of the purchase price

The loss guarantee can also be requested while picking up the earplugs, but not after that.

• In-ears & active shooting earplugs are unfortunately not possible to insure.
• The new set under warranty is always identical to the first set.
• The guarantee is valid for one year after purchase
