Find your perfect match
No need to send employees off-site or disrupt the workday. Our specialists come to your location with everything needed to measure and fit your entire team. Each employee gets a quick, individual ear impression taken in minutes — the foundation for earplugs that seal perfectly and stay comfortable all day. From a handful of staff to a full workforce, we handle the logistics so your operation keeps running.
One detail worth confirming before publishing: how long a single fitting actually takes and any minimum team size for an on-site visit (our service covers fitting for groups of 3 or more employees). We customize the process to keep your production line running without interruption.
To remain effective, custom hearing protection needs regular inspection. We perform annual acoustic leakage tests and visual checks to ensure the earplugs still fit perfectly and provide the certified level of protection.
We also handle filter changes, deep cleaning, and minor repairs on-site, extending the lifespan of your investment and keeping your team safely protected day after day.
We perform detailed sound level measurements at your workstations to identify noise risks and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Our experts map the noise levels and provide actionable guidance on the required attenuation levels.
By assessing the exact acoustic profile of your workplace, we help you select the precise filter types needed to protect your workers without over-isolating them from essential warning signals and verbal communication.
We offer on-site audiometric testing for your employees to monitor hearing health over time. Regular audiometry helps identify early signs of noise-induced hearing loss and validates the effectiveness of your hearing conservation program.
Our mobile testing setup conforms to all professional standards, allowing us to perform quick and accurate testing without requiring employees to travel off-site.
Safety gear is only effective if worn correctly. We conduct interactive toolboxes and educational sessions for your workers, explaining the hazards of noise exposure and showing how to insert, clean, and care for their earplugs.
Educating employees on the 'why' behind hearing protection boosts daily compliance rates and fosters a proactive safety culture within your teams.

Loud ambient noise has a very damaging effect on your hearing. Especially if you have to deal with it for a long time or on a regular basis. For example, when you work in a company where your ears are exposed to high noise levels day in and day out.
We measure every employee individually on site, take a precise ear impression and produce the custom earmoulds in our own lab.
From a daily exposure of 80 dB the employer must make hearing protection available; employees are not yet obliged to wear it. Between 80 and 85 dB the time spent in noise should be limited as much as possible. Once the daily noise level exceeds 85 dB, wearing hearing protection is mandatory.
The noise level in a space is established with a decibel meter. The result is a sound level in decibels (dB).
The most important way to prevent hearing damage is to encourage employees to wear custom hearing protection. It also helps to keep noise levels as low as possible, for example by investing in quieter machines. Keep the time employees spend in loud environments as short as possible and, where possible, rotate them between louder and quieter areas.
We certainly do — we visit companies throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If it is not possible to do this at the company itself, we can also come with our appointment van.

Our professional custom-made work earplugs are essential in many professions. Because they are moulded for each individual, they give you the best possible hearing protection at work.
There are many kinds of earplugs, but far from all of them are suitable for professional use. Universal earplugs do not fully seal the ear canal and therefore offer insufficient protection against loud noise. No two ears are the same: the diameter and depth of the ear canal differ per person, and the material of universal plugs only attenuates to a limited degree. Custom-made earplugs seal perfectly and keep sound natural.
Loud ambient noise is very harmful to your hearing, especially with prolonged or regular exposure. Work earplugs bring ambient noise back to an acceptable level while communication with colleagues remains possible thanks to the filter and the perfect fit.
Without good protection, the risk of permanent hearing damage is real: deafness or persistent ringing (tinnitus). Noise-induced hearing loss is among the most common occupational diseases worldwide — think of construction, industry and logistics, but also manufacturing, food processing, open-plan offices, municipalities and technical services.
Noise deafness is irreversible; there is no cure. A noise level of 80 dB can already cause damage after eight hours — comparable to a drill at one and a half metres. Every three decibels doubles the sound level and halves the safe exposure time.
Occupational health law requires employers to make hearing protection available when noise levels at work exceed 80 dB(A). At 85 dB(A) or more, wearing hearing protection is mandatory. The form is up to you — earmuffs, universal plugs or custom-made earplugs — but the employer must provide them.
Store earplugs clean and dry in the supplied case for good ear hygiene.
At Audinc we have a clear mission: teaching everyone to handle loud sound safely. Wearing professional earplugs at work is an important part of that. As long as hearing damage ranks in the top 3 of occupational diseases, we have work to do. With interactive toolbox sessions about sound, hearing and protection we build awareness and support on the work floor.
We make it easy for employers: we come on location to fit custom earplugs. We do the same for awareness sessions, hearing tests, check-ups and maintenance. Even noise measurements on the work floor are possible, so it is exactly clear which levels the earplugs need to protect against.
Hearing damage has a major impact on the work and life of your employees. Protect their hearing with custom-made Audinc earplugs: we come to fit them on location and make sure you comply with occupational health legislation. Request a quote — volume discounts apply from 3 people.
