At Audinc, we offer custom-made hearing protection for a variety of applications. Because a perfect fit is essential for optimal comfort and protection, it is necessary to have an ear impression taken. Find out how to arrange this below.
Making an appointment for an ear impression
We have service points throughout the Netherlands where you can easily make an appointment to have an ear impression taken. Schedule your appointment here: audinc.eu/appointment.
On location for companies and groups
For businesses and groups of three or more, we offer the option of coming on site for ear impressions. Please contact us for more information and to schedule an appointment.
International customers and customers outside the Netherlands
Do you live outside the Netherlands or is there no service point in your area? Then you can make an appointment with a hearing specialist in your area to have ear impressions taken. These impressions can then be sent to Audinc for processing.

Pack your ear impressions carefully -Send these prints to Audinc.
What happens next?
Once we receive your ear prints, we will check them and you will receive the order details by email. We then scan the prints to create a 3D file of each ear. They are then modeled according to the chosen specifications and 3D printed, lacquered and engraved. After strict quality control, they are carefully packaged and shipped to you by courier.
Printing requirements for the hearing care professional
To ensure optimal results, ear impressions must meet the following criteria:
- The impression should be deep enough and extend beyond the second bend of the ear canal.
- The impression must be complete and include the concha (auricle) completely.
