    I had been using custom made earplugs at events (carnival, festival ect) for years. As I got older (55+) I noticed that it became increasingly difficult tounderstand other people at an event. When my earplugs needed replacement, I chose the Authentic type because they have a flat attenuation curve. My experience is that I can understand other people better at an event, while the rest of the sound is sufficiently muffled.Read more
