The Impulse filter is a replacement filter for your custom Audinc earplugs: you swap it yourself, and it comes in several attenuation levels so you can match it to the moment.

Filter values & strengths
The Impulse filter comes in two strengths: standard (brown, SNR 21) and the lighter Impulse 9 (beige, SNR 15); the separate Ludicrous filter switches to maximum attenuation. Attenuation values in decibels (dB):

Impulse 9 (beige): the same peak attenuation (IPIL) on shots as the standard Impulse filter, but a lower constant attenuation. Please note: that attenuation is below the threshold for CE certification (EN 352-2), and Impulse 9 cannot be combined with the Click upgrade. Peak attenuation for impulse noise (ANSI S12.42): the louder the bang, the more the filter attenuates.
