How do you distinguish right from left?

In most cases, the right earplug has a red marking and the left
earplug has a blue marking.

For some colors, we use blue (left) and white (right) to ensure that the marking is clearly visible on the surface. You will also find an R and L mark on all of our custom earplugs.

Placing the hearing protection

Grasp the earplug between your thumb and forefinger. Make sure the tip is pointing upward. Insert the earplug into your ear canal and turn it a quarter turn.

Removing the hearing protection

Pull your ear back slightly and press on the bottom of your ear. This will loosen the earplug by itself. Grasp the earplug and twist it forward as you remove it from your ear. See also the picture below:
