Custom-made earplugs should feel comfortable all day. If you experience fit or comfort issues within 6 months of purchase, we adjust your earplugs free of charge — that is our comfort guarantee.

Describe in the form where the earplug pinches, presses or comes loose. We then determine whether adjusting the shell is enough or whether a new impression is needed.
