Something wrong with your earplugs or Bluetooth set? Describe the problem and we’ll help.
Repairs & material warranty
The material of your earplugs is covered by a 2-year warranty: manufacturing faults and material defects are repaired free of charge. Normal wear, damage to electronics and cable breakage fall outside it — we still repair those, but at cost.
Describe the defect as precisely as possible, for example on your bluetooth set or filter housing. We will let you know whether it is covered and how the repair proceeds.
