Lost your earplugs and took out the loss warranty? Submit your claim here.

Earplugs remade under the loss warranty are always identical to the original order.

Within 1-2 (working) days you will receive a response from us.

Loss guarantee: a replacement set through your coverage

Did you take out the loss guarantee (€13) during your fitting? Then you can request a replacement set up to 1 year after the fitting if you lose your earplugs. A deductible applies per product.

No loss guarantee? We can still help you quickly: we keep your impressions for 2 years, so we can produce a new set without a new fitting.
