Within 3 months of delivery we adjust your filters free of charge. Tell us what you need.

Filter changes: free for 3 months

For the first 3 months after purchase you can change your filters free of charge, for example to lighter or heavier attenuation. After that you can order filters and swap them yourself.

You can send in your earplugs with your filter preference, or book an appointment at one of our locations — we then change the filters on the spot and check the fit at the same time.
