Loss protection

You can take out loss protection at your fitting for € 13. You are then insured against loss for one year from the fitting date. If you lose your earplugs, you pay € 35 excess for a replacement set. The scheme can be used once per set, or twice for half a set. The full terms are in our service policy.

The Custom Pure Tones Motor starts at €159.95. The final price depends on filter choice, impression form, and any optional upgrades like the Audinc Click connector.
How long does it take to receive my custom earplugs? +
After your fitting appointment we typically deliver within 10–14 working days. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready.
Can I change the filter after purchase? +
Yes. For the first 3 months after purchase, filter changes are free. After that you simply order new filters in our shop and swap them yourself.
