Our hearing protection and In-ear solutions are custom made especially for you. Therefore, these products are not covered by the legal right of return: they cannot be returned or cancelled.

However, this does not mean that we will leave you out in the cold in case of complaints. If something is not to your satisfaction, you can use the following services:

Comfort Problems

Do you suffer from pressure points or does your hearing protection not sit comfortably? Then fill in our comfort problem form. Together we will look for a solution to make sure your hearing protection still feels comfortable.

Guarantee scheme (loss)

Did you make use of our guarantee scheme at the time of measurement? Then you are insured against loss for 1 year from the date of measurement, in which case please submit an application via our guarantee form.

The deductible is:

Custom earplugs - Purchase price: €128,95 - Excess: €25.

Puretones earplugs - Purchase price: €159,95 - Own risk: €35,-

Other purchase prices - Own risk: 30% - of the purchase value

Important:

• The insurance is valid for 1 year from the date of measurement
• The guarantee scheme can be used 1 time per set
• Or 2 times for half a set

Repairs

Is your product damaged or no longer working properly? Simply submit a request via our repair form.

Filter adjustments

Want to adjust the attenuation?

• Within 6 months after delivery, we customize filters free of charge (lighter or heavier filter). Please use this form to do so.

• After 6 months you can easily purchase new filters through our webshop.

• Losing a filter is not covered by the warranty.
