No, generally not. In fact, at most of our service locations there is not always someone present. Therefore, we work by appointment only.

At our Eindhoven location, on the other hand, an employee is almost always available. Here it is often possible to come by without an appointment. However, we do ask you to call in advance to make sure you can be helped.
