At Audinc you receive 6 months free filter change on all our custom earplugs. Within this period, you can visit one of our branches to have your filters changed free of charge.

How does it work?

After purchasing your custom earplugs, you are entitled to free filter changes for 6 months. You can make an appointment for this at one of our branches. Our specialists will professionally replace the filters and check the fit of your earplugs at the same time.

Option 1 - Send your earplugs with your filter wish (lighter or heavier filter) and your name, phone number, email address and address information to:

Upon receipt, we will return the earplugs free of charge within 2 business days.

Option 2 - Make a filter change appointment online at: https://audinc.eu/afspraak/ Please provide the filter wish (lighter or heavier filter) and product name at note. We will then adjust it immediately during the appointment.

What happens after 6 months?

After the free period of 6 months, you can easily order new filters via our webshop or at one of our branches. The filters are designed to change yourself, so you are always optimally protected.
