Return policy Webshop orders
Of course we hope you are happy with your purchase from Audinc. Is that not the case? No worries - for our standard webshop products (i.e. non-custom items) you can use our return policy.
Reflection period of 14 days
You may return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Just let us know that you want to return. You then have 14 days to return the product to us.
Conditions for return
We are happy to take back products if they:
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Be in the original packaging (including any accessories and instructions).
- Be hygienic (i.e. not worn in the ear).
So we can make other customers happy again with a perfect product.
How does it work?
- Report your return within 14 days of receipt at [email protected].
- You will receive a return number and instructions from us.
- Please pack the product properly and return it, along with your return number, to the address below.
- Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days using the payment method you used.
ℹ️ Return postage/shipping costs are at your own expense, except of course if there is something wrong with the product or delivery.
Exceptions
- Custom-made products (e.g. hearing protection that has been measured especially for you) cannot be returned.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken are also excluded from the return policy.
