Our warranty is comprehensive, but there are some things that are not covered by the warranty. Below you can read what is not covered.
Wear from normal use
Over time, materials may wear out, this is normal and not covered under warranty
Damage to electronics
Electronic components damaged for example by moisture or misuse
Cable breakage
Damage to cables due to pulling or kinking
Loss or theft
Lost or stolen earplugs will not be reimbursed. Unless of course a warranty insurance has been purchased
Own fault
Damage caused by careless handling or adjustments
Comfort complaints reported after the 6-month warranty period are no longer covered by the free comfort guarantee. We can then still adjust your earplugs, but there are costs involved.
