At Audinc, we offer a comprehensive three-part warranty package that is unique in the market. Below is an overview of our warranty terms.

1. Free filter change - 6 months

During the first 6 months after purchase, you can have your filters changed free of charge at one of our branches. After this period you can buy additional filters and change them yourself.

2. Comfort warranty - 6 months

Do you experience problems with the fit or comfort within 6 months? Then we will adjust your earplugs free of charge. Always report comfort problems within this time frame.

3. Material warranty - 2 years

There is a 2-year warranty on the material of your earplugs. This covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Please note that wear and tear from normal use, damage to electronics and cable breakage are not covered by the material warranty.

How is this different from other providers?

Audinc is the only provider in the Netherlands that offers free filter changes. Combined with our comfort warranty and material warranty, we offer the most complete service package for custom earplugs.

4. Loss guarantee (optional)

During the fitting process you can take out a loss guarantee for €13. Should you lose your earplugs, a new set can be requested. The excess varies per product. The loss guarantee is valid for 1 year from the date of fitting.
